Renée is the founder and director of August Twenty Limited.  She has over 25 years' experience of project, engagement and client management as a leader and team player.  Renée has held several senior positions in Europe, Asia, North America and Africa including Global Program Director, Head of Project Management Office and Commercial Director. Her responsibilities have included driving change and growth, established processes and procedures (Corporate Governance) and delivering ERP implementation services for Microsoft Dynamics – D365, Business Central and CE (Customer Experience). ​

Alongside a systematic approach, Renée uses influence, openness and passion to achieve results.  A career surpassing 20 years of leading teams and businesses to achieve awareness, momentum and results.

Renée Horton-Coker

Connull has over 25 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics – Business Central (NAV) software solution in various capacities, namely lead consultant, developer, tester and solution architect.​

He has worked directly for clients (end user businesses), suppliers (value added resellers) and professional services of the software authors.  In recent years, he has freelanced on various projects being responsible for data migration, training, system setup, report writing and data warehouse creation and maintenance.​

Connull is passionate about data – from how it is used (its integrity), how we leverage and incorporate external sources to accompanying data into meaningful business intelligence stories and strategies.​ Connull has been an associate of August Twenty since 2015.

Connull Dunbar ​

Serena is a junior associate at August Twenty working in our Project Management Office.  She has experience in training users, developing processes and related material as well as  merchandising. In her capacity as project administrator, she has taken pride in organisation, communication, setting up business operations, maintenance and staff planning. ​

She has created effective programs which have revitalised organisation structure for her clients and customers.  In doing so, she promotes inclusivity, improves performance strategies, service value and achieving better results. Her focal objective is being able to successfully retain and translate a client’s vision within her duties and displays whilst implementing her own flair and influence to ensure smooth operations and overall client satisfaction.  

Serena Horton-Spring ​

Saralaurine has over 20 years in management, she started her career in property management with Healey and Baker/Cushman & Wakefield(UAE).

As an Organizational Management Specialist  her role and goal is to help organizations evolve and grow while maintaining efficiency by applying processes and procedures to a broad array of workplace issues. 

Critical thinker with a high level of analytical, communication and time-management skills.

Coaching for C-level officers and  training for board members and employees. May assist with strategic planning if deemed necessary and  collect, and analyze information to make recommendations. In addition,  examine a business’s productivity, turnover and employee morale – and use  findings to devise action plans and advise the organization on recommended changes.
